I am aware Teddy’s Eczema has been looking for alternative suppliers. I was also told that I could be given an update mid-January, once more information was provided from the suppliers. However, at this point I would like to request a refund for not receiving two (2) out of the four (4) jars of Naked Mango Butter that I had initially ordered (order#1202) last year on December 1, 2023 Let me know if you need any other information in order to process my request.
